Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We believe in delivering the best products which are handcrafted by skilled men and experts in the field, keeping in mind the emotions and ethics of upcoming fashion trends. We assure the quality of our products and endeavour to provide absolute user satisfaction.

Once the product has been delivered by us, all Exchange & Return of the product shall be governed by and subject to our Terms of Use, as well as the policies outlined below. We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you are unsatisfied with the product — especially concerning any defect — we will be happy to initiate an Exchange or Refund.

Exchange & Return Process

Ladali Fabrics offers its customers an easy Exchange / Return Policy. You can raise an Exchange or Return request for products purchased on our website, for all garments except Accessories (including Perfumes).

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
• We accept partial returns — you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order. However, a partial return shall not mean breaking a garment set.

Once you receive the product, please make an unboxing video to have photo and video proof, which will be required in the event of any refund or claim.

Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return

• The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with all tags intact. Some products have a "Red Coloured: No Return" tag which must also remain intact for the return to be accepted.
• Returns & Exchanges are allowed with products of the same or higher price.
• Accessories cannot be exchanged.

Exchange & Return — In-Store

Exchange and Return at a store is valid only within India. We will assist you at all Ladali Fabrics exclusive stores nearest to your location. Please visit our Store Locator to find the store closest to you.

Exchange & Return — Online

Please log in to your user account and place an Exchange or Return request from the “My Orders” section. We will initiate a return pick-up once your request is received. The product should be properly wrapped and must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags intact.

If return pick-up is available at your location:

• Properly wrap the product in a packet.
• Do not seal the packet.
• Keep the packet ready and open to quicken the pickup process.
• Our staff will verify the product at the time of pickup, and a quality check will be conducted at our Returns Warehouse.

If return pick-up is NOT available at your location:

You can self-return the product to us by courier. Please mention the Order ID and Return ID on the package and courier it to:

For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed the shipping costs (maximum reimbursable amount: ₹150 per order). Please share a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt with us at care@ladali-fabrics.com. The courier receipt must include: weight of the returned product, origin and destination addresses, shipment date, and amount paid. The information on the receipt must not be edited or overwritten.

Cancellation & Refund

We aim to keep every product displayed on our website in stock. However, if an item is unavailable for any reason, we will inform you via email within 2 working days of your purchase. You will then have the option to substitute your product with a same or higher-priced item, or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, a refund will be initiated accordingly.

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped by contacting us at care@ladali-fabrics.com or +91 98765 43210 within 24 hours of placing the order (or before product dispatch, whichever is earlier). Your entire order amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

Refunds will be granted in the following cases:

• Genuine quality issues with the product.
• Package lost in transit.
• A wrong item has been delivered to you.

Refunds will NOT be given in the following cases:

• Design and colour variations (slight variations may occur due to screen settings).
• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the returned product. Our refund takes approximately 10–15 working days after initiation. The refund will be credited to the same account used for the original payment. Please note that the timing of the actual credit depends on third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

Product Disclaimer

Embroidery and Colour

We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and ensure quality standards, but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment's embroidery or any colour bleeding.

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric, and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product. Due to the nature of different fabrics, given measurements can differ marginally.

Colour Display

We have done our best to display the colours of products as accurately as possible. However, the colour of physical products may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen, due to monitor settings, display resolution, or lighting used in product photography.

Wash Care

Please read the washing instructions on the product tag carefully and follow them to avoid any damage to the garment.

Exclusions from the Exchange & Return Policy

Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged if it is unused, unaltered, and has all price tags intact. Some products also carry a “Red Coloured: No Return Tag” which must remain attached at the time of return.

Transactional Disputes

Transactional disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, India. Ladali Fabrics, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damages arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorisation for any transaction on account of the cardholder/customer having exceeded the pre-set limit agreed with their acquiring bank.

Ladali Fabrics reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
